Shipping & Returns

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). In the case of a refund, the card used to make the purchase will be the card that is credited.

For custom orders, we will send you an invoice via PayPal.

Shipping

We ship via USPS. Orders will be sent within 1-2 days.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with a USPS tracking number.

Returns

Unused yarn and roving in their original condition, tote bags & unworn tshirts may be exchanged for a refund within 30 days of the date printed on the invoice enclosed in your package. Refunds will be issued for the full invoice amount minus any shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded if your items were damaged or your order was improperly shipped.
